What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day care, emotional support and positive role modelling.
  • Support young people with routines, education, health and wellbeing.
  • Work within trauma-informed and PACE-led approaches.
  • Contribute to care plans, safeguarding and behavioural strategies.
  • Promote independence skills and life development.

What We Look For

  • Experience in children’s residential care or strong transferable skills.
  • Ability to build trust, manage challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.

Willingness to work shifts, sleep-ins or waking nights.

Deputy Managers

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day service management.
  • Lead, mentor and supervise staff teams.
  • Ensure high standards of care planning, safeguarding and practice.
  • Oversee shift planning, compliance and reporting.
  • Step up in the Registered Manager’s absence.

What We Look For

  • Experience in Children’s Residential Homes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CIW & OFSTED frameworks and regulations.
  • Ability to manage crisis situations effectively and calmly.

Registered Managers

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full operational and regulatory management of a Children’s Home.
  • Build, support and develop high-performing staff teams.
  • Ensure the home meets and exceeds CIW & OFSTED requirements.
  • Drive quality improvement, safeguarding excellence and positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, professionals and partner agencies.
  • Secure and maintain occupancy, stability and compliance.

What We Look For

  • Proven experience managing Children’s Residential provision.
  • Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding and therapeutic practice.
  • Ability to lead through challenge and change.
  • Commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
